Ileana Prado has extensive experience in human resources and organizational leadership, beginning as an Administrative/HR Specialist at Fleishman-Hillard from 1998 to 2001. Ileana served as Director of People & Facilities at PainePR from 2001 to 2008, followed by a role as Director of Human Resources at Bet Tzedek Legal Services until 2011. Ileana then held VP positions at Bet Tzedek Legal Services and Clipper Vacations, before joining Sesame Communications as Senior Director of Human Resources in 2014. From August 2018 to 2021, Ileana acted as Director of Human Resources for NBC Bay Area, overseeing multiple regional businesses. Currently, since January 2022, Ileana serves as Vice President of Human Resources for NBCUniversal on the West Coast. Ileana holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Loma Linda University.
