Jillian Petrera

Jillian Petrera serves as Vice President of Business & Legal Affairs at NBCUniversal, where responsibilities include co-leading a committee focused on enhancing employee culture for the Peacock and Direct-to-Consumer divisions. Previously, as Senior Counsel for Peacock, Jillian provided legal support for marketing, technology, distribution, and product teams, managing a range of contracts. Jillian's earlier experience includes serving as Counsel at Reed Smith LLP, where legal expertise was delivered to high-profile clients on advertising, digital media, and technology matters. Prior to that, at Pernod Ricard, Jillian represented prestigious brands and supported marketing and sales initiatives while managing risk. Jillian began a career in education as a Special Education Teacher for the NYC Department of Education. Academically, Jillian holds a Juris Doctor of Law from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University, a Master of Arts in Urban Education from Mercy University, and a Bachelor of Arts in International Political Economy from Fordham University.
