Jiva Smith is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in the media sector, currently serving as Vice President of Marketing Operations at NBCUniversal's Peacock since September 2019, overseeing a team of over 50 in areas of creative production and marketing technology. Previously, Jiva held senior leadership roles at Peacock and served as Vice President of Client Services at CakeWorks, focusing on client relationships and strategic consulting. Additional experience includes a consultancy role for NBCUniversal Media, where Jiva contributed to brand development for Peacock, and as Head of Video at Nine Entertainment Co., leading creative direction and production for a prominent digital news outlet.
