Kaitlyn Park

Kaitlyn Park is an accomplished professional with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of Southern California, obtained in 2021. Currently serving as a DEI Strategy & Analytics Coordinator at NBCUniversal since September 2022, Kaitlyn has previously held roles as an Internal Audit and Financial Advisory Consultant and Consulting Intern at Protiviti from June 2020 to September 2022. Additionally, Kaitlyn co-led the American Marketing Association at USC as Co-President from April 2019 to April 2021 and contributed to the USC International Academy as an Admissions and Immigration Team Member between January 2018 and April 2021. Kaitlyn also gained experience as an IT Security and Compliance Intern at CalAmp during the summer of 2019.
