Kelsey Balance

Kelsey Balance is the Executive Vice President of Global Scripted Series at NBCUniversal, a role they have held since 2024. Previously, Kelsey served as Senior Vice President and Vice President of Scripted Programming at NBCUniversal International Studios, where they oversaw global scripted TV development and managed key client relationships. Kelsey founded HelpStopAIDS.net, raising over $4,000 for HIV/AIDS education, and they have contributed to several critically acclaimed series throughout their career. Kelsey is currently pursuing a B.A. in Communication Studies and a minor in Film, TV, and Digital Media at the University of California, Los Angeles.
