Nancy Vaccaro

Nancy Vaccaro is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Director of HR - Employee Support & Shared Services at NBCUniversal Media, LLC since August 2011. In this role, Nancy has been instrumental in creating HR Shared Service Centers in the US and UK, leading a team of over 12 HR professionals, and advancing employee service delivery for a distributed workforce. Previous positions include Director of Human Resources at Easton Hockey, where Nancy managed HR functions across multiple locations, and Manager of Human Resources at both Mattel, Inc. and The Walt Disney Company, where Nancy provided broad HR support and led various initiatives to enhance employee relations and overall organizational effectiveness. Nancy holds a BS degree from San Diego State University.
