Nicole Gruba

Nicole Gruba serves as the CAFM & Occupancy Planning Manager at NBCUniversal since January 2022 and is also the Owner of Art In All Forms, where creative workshops are planned and hosted. Previous experience includes a role as CAD Manager for Netflix, managing a team of CAD Planners to ensure compliance with space planning standards, and serving as an Occupancy Planner at JLL, overseeing occupancy and space needs for Netflix facilities. Nicole's diverse background encompasses positions as Facility Designer at RSP Architects, Store Designer at Guitar Center, and Store Planner at Sears Holdings Corporation, with a foundational degree in Interior Design from the International Academy of Design and Technology-Chicago.
