Portia Green

Portia Green serves as the Vice President of Talent and Organization Development for the Media Group at NBCUniversal, where responsibilities include leading a newly formed team focused on core businesses such as Direct to Consumer - Peacock, Global Ad Sales, Entertainment, and NBC Sports. Prior to this role, Portia was the Vice President of Organization Strategy, Talent Development, and Inclusion for Direct-to-Consumer, overseeing organizational strategy and diversity initiatives. Portia's extensive experience includes leadership positions at Fandango, where a diversity council was launched, and The Walt Disney Company, where strategies for talent development and inclusive programs were created. Educational credentials include a Master of Education from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Rhetoric from the University of California, Berkeley.
