Sara Davies

Sara Davies is an accomplished Talent Acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruiting across various sectors, including media, retail, and digital. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition and Early Careers Recruiter for NBCUniversal since November 2021, Sara leads recruitment strategies for the ANZ and APAC regions. Prior to this role, Sara held positions at PeopleScout APAC, where expertise was demonstrated in recruiting senior talent for major media brands and managing national recruitment for Fantastic Furniture. With a strong background in eCommerce and digital roles at Total Resource Solutions and experience in contract recruitment at Hays and BS Social Care, Sara has established a significant presence in the recruitment landscape. Educational credentials include a BA (Hons) in Tourism Management from Cardiff University. Notably, Sara was nominated for PeopleScout's Global Employee of the Year in 2019.
