Stephanie Alberto is currently a Talent Acquisition Recruiter for NBCUniversal Media, LLC, where they manage full life cycle recruitment for HR-specific roles, successfully filling over 80 corporate positions in 2022 with more than 50% minority representation. They previously held the position of Talent Acquisition Specialist at Ross Stores, Inc., where they enhanced the candidate conversion rate and expedited the hiring process. With earlier roles as a Senior Recruiter at Addison Group and a Rho Chi for the National Panhellenic Council, Stephanie has developed a wealth of expertise in recruitment and candidate engagement.
