Victoria M.

Victoria M. is currently a Senior Counsel at Universal Pictures, having joined NBCUniversal in 2023. Previously, they served as Counsel at Marvel Studios from 2021 to 2023, providing legal expertise in talent agreements, production agreements, and intellectual property matters. Victoria also held the position of Special Counsel at Fried Frank from 2010 to 2019, where they advised corporate clients on derivatives transactions and intellectual property issues. Their early experience includes roles as a Summer Law Clerk at The Franklin Firm, LLP, and as a Summer Associate at Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson, LLP. Victoria holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and Bachelor and Master of Public Administration degrees from Brown University.
