Val Oliva is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience spanning various organizations. Currently serving as AVP of Human Resources at NBH Bank since November 2021, Val previously held the position of Human Resources Manager at Academy Bank from January 2019 to October 2021. Earlier roles include Human Resources Consultant at Addison Group, where Val revitalized a long-neglected human resources department, and Human Resources/Operations Manager at Oligam Drain & Waterproofing, Inc., overseeing comprehensive HR functions. Val also contributed to the launch and management of HR operations at Inca's Embroidery and served as a Human Resources Generalist at Cendant Mortgage, implementing key HR policies and procedures. Educational qualifications include a Masters in Human Resources Management from Colorado State University Global and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from Metropolitan State University of Denver.
