Jessica Eggers is the Chief People Officer at NBKC Bank. Jessica has over 10 years of experience in Human Resources and has a proven track record in developing and delivering people strategies that support business growth objectives.

Jessica started their career in 2007 as a Regional Senior Human Resource Generalist for Samson Dental Practice Management. In this role, they were responsible for the HR functions in 19 locations across 4 states. Jessica built a world-class recruiting function that helped the company grow from 5 dental offices to 24 offices within a 12 month period.

In 2011, Jessica joined The EW Scripps Company as the Director of HR Business Partner. In this role, they were responsible for developing and delivering the people strategy for the division. This included initiatives and solutions across all HR functions, such as talent and succession planning, employee relations, workforce planning, and performance coaching. Jessica was also responsible for leading the HR team and overseeing all employee relation matters for the division.
