Faisal Abbas has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Faisal started their career in 2002 as a Supervisor MIS Phone Banking Pan Pak at Standard Chartered Bank, where they were responsible for resolving customer issues and generating departmental MIS and reports.

Faisal then joined Askari Bank in 2005 and held multiple roles including Manager I.T South, Manager Credit Card Operations, and Assistant Manager Call Center & Customer Service. During their time at Askari Bank, they gained expertise in IT management, credit card operations, and customer service.

In 2014, Faisal joined SEHAR ENTERPRISES as Director Planning & Customer Relations. In this role, they were involved in planning and implementing construction projects, sales, and aligning financial resources.

In 2018, Faisal joined The Regus Group as a Center Manager, where they managed the entire center, staff, vendors, and client relationships. Faisal was responsible for center sales revenue, controlling center aging and bed debts, and driving business development.

Most recently, in 2019, Faisal joined NBP Fund Management Limited. Faisal initially served as Manager (AVP) ADC & Card Operations, where they played a key role in launching PayPak and UPI debit cards and designing system processes and MIS for generating efficient reports. Faisal was later promoted to Senior Manager (VP) ADC & Card Operations, where they managed daily production records and conducted monthly analysis of production costs and revenue/profits.

Faisal Abbas completed their Masters in Information Technology from Preston University from the year 2000 to 2005. In addition, they obtained certifications in Innovation Management and Strategic Management from the International Business Management Institute (IBMI) in March 2022.
