Chrysa Chin

EVP, Strategic Engagement at NBPA

Chrysa Chin is currently the EVP of Strategic Engagement at the National Basketball Players Association. Chrysa has held this position since December 2014. Prior to that, they were the Vice President of Player Development for the NBA from May 1997 to December 2014. Before their time with the NBA, they were a Relationship Management Consultant for Nike from January 1994 to December 1997. Her responsibilities included integrating Nike athletes to enhance grassroots and other events in the community, troubleshooting, and developing best practices for event execution. Chin began their career in 1991 as a Special Assistant to the Executive Director and Manager at the National Basketball Players Association. In this role, they developed and managed relationships with players, worked with agents and other business associates to service players on and off the court, planned and executed events, and created programs and resources focused upon players' needs.

Chrysa Chin attended Hobart and William Smith Colleges, where they earned a BA in International Relations. Chrysa also holds a NYS Regents Diploma in Academic Studies from Forest Hills High School.

They work with Joe Rogowski - Chief Medical Officer, Que Gaskins - Chief Brand & Innovation Officer, and Clarence N - General Counsel. Chrysa Chin reports to Michele Roberts, Executive Director.
