Justin Jackson

Justin Jackson has extensive experience in basketball operations and player development, currently serving as the Director of Basketball Operations at the National Basketball Players Association since August 2016. Prior roles include Director of Basketball Operations and Facilities, as well as Facility Manager at the same organization. Additional expertise comes from serving on the Selection Committee for the Portsmouth Invitational Tournament Foundation since April 2009 and holding positions with the Houston Rockets as an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach, the RGV Vipers as Head Strength and Conditioning Coach, and The Bakersfield Jam as a Basketball Operations Assistant. Earlier in their career, Justin worked as a Sport Performance Coach at CESPerformance and as a Sales Associate at Foot Locker. Education includes a Master's degree in Sport Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Sport Management, both from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville.
