Matteo Zuretti currently serves as the Chief Player Experience Officer at the National Basketball Players Association (NBPA), a position held since August 2015, where responsibilities focus on enhancing the customer experience for elite basketball players. Earlier roles at NBPA include Chief International Relations and Marketing, where Matteo established the International department to address the needs of NBA players born outside the U.S. and improve global stakeholder engagement. Prior to NBPA, Matteo was the Director of International Relations and Marketing at PT from September 2004 to August 2015, and worked as an International Basketball Agent, developing player recruitment strategies and negotiating deals. Matteo's career began at Stellazzurra Basketball Academy as a Basketball Scout & Coach, followed by experience as an Event Manager at Planners International, creating marketing activations for major global brands. Matteo pursued law studies at Luiss Guido Carli University and holds a high school diploma from Liceo Scientifico Nomentano.
