Nicole Pozzi

Nicole Pozzi has a wide range of experience in the sports industry. Nicole currently holds the position of Vice President, Licensing at the National Basketball Players Association (NBPA), which they started in May 2023. Prior to this role, they worked at the National Football League (NFL) as the Senior Director, Consumer Products from July 2022 to May 2023, and as the Director, Consumer Products from November 2015 to July 2022. Before joining the NFL, they worked at IMG as the Director, Licensing from September 2014 to November 2015. Nicole also had a long tenure at the NFL Players Association, where they held various positions including Senior Licensing Manager from June 2007 to August 2014, Licensing Manager from June 2006 to June 2007, and Licensing Assistant from June 2003 to June 2006. Prior to their roles in the sports industry, Nicole worked as the Field Marketing Manager at DC United from May 2002 to October 2002, and as a Public Relations Intern at Washington Sports & Entertainment from January 2002 to May 2002. Nicole began their career in the sports industry as a Sports Marketing Intern at the University of Maryland Department of Athletics from August 2001 to May 2002, and as an Athletic Marketing Assistant at the University of Connecticut Department of Athletics from August 1998 to May 2001.

Nicole Pozzi attended the University of Connecticut from 1998 to 2001, studying Psychology. Nicole later pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology at the University of Maryland from 2001 to 2002.
