Zizwani Khonje

Zizwani Khonje currently serves as the Group Business Development Executive and Exco Member at NICO Group Malawi and NBS Bank, starting in September 2023. Prior to these roles, Zizwani had a long tenure at Standard Bank Group from August 2006 to August 2023, culminating in the position of Manager for Industrials Power and Infrastructure Coverage, managing a portfolio of corporates in the power, infrastructure, and industrial sectors. Notable achievements include leading the origination and execution of a USD15 million bilateral term loan to a leading FMCG company in Malawi. Zizwani's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Malawi, The Polytechnic, and various certifications from Standard Bank focusing on applied banking skills and global associate training.
