NBS Television
Okalebo Philip has a diverse work experience in the field of broadcasting. Okalebo started their career as a Transmitter Engineer at Uganda Television in 1990 and worked there for 15 years. Okalebo then joined Uganda Broadcasting Corporation in 2005 as a Radio Transmission Studio operator, where they were responsible for ensuring the readiness of the On Air studio for broadcasting. In 2013, they moved to NBS Television and served as the Chief Engineer. Currently, they are working as the Chief Technical Advisor at Hillcom EA.LTD.
Okalebo Philip attended Kyambogo University from 1993 to 1994, where they studied Electrical & Electronic Engineering and obtained a degree in RTET/2. Okalebo continued their education at the same university from 1996 to 1997, earning a degree in HD -Telecom Engineering with a specialization in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Okalebo'sfield of study throughout their education was focused on Telecommunications Engineering.

It reveals lessons for creating, nurturing and growing the experience and accumulated understanding of a local television network with a global competitive focus. We have meticulously woven local production with international standards giving the local communities in Uganda their own television in a global framework.
