Deborah Oakliff

Deborah Oakliff has extensive banking experience, currently serving as VP New England Territory Manager and VP Market Manager for Connecticut and Massachusetts Regions at NBT Bank since April 2021. Prior to this role, Deborah was VP Branch Manager at People's United Bank from October 2018 to April 2021 and held the same title at Farmington Bank from September 2011 to October 2018. Deborah began her career at TD, where the position of AVP Branch Manager was held from October 2003 to September 2011. Deborah's education includes training at the CT School of Finance & Management from 2011 to 2013.
