Jen Conard

Jen Conard has over 28 years of experience in agricultural banking, currently serving as Senior Vice President and Regional Agricultural Banking Manager at NBT Bank since September 1999. Prior roles at NBT Bank include Regional Ag Banking Manager, Senior Ag Banking Relationship Manager, Assistant Vice President and Commercial Underwriter III, and Assistant Vice President and Agricultural Relationship Manager. Prior to joining NBT Bank, Jen Conard worked at Farm Credit East, ACA as a Customer Service Specialist and at the New York Holstein Association as Ex Manager and NY Holstein News Editor. Jen Conard holds a Bachelor of Science degree in General Studies from Cornell University.
