Karen Bolcavage-Colosi

Karen Bolcavage-Colosi, SHRM-SCP, CMA, currently serves as Vice President and Director of Total Rewards at NBT Bank, a role held since 2017, where responsibilities include designing and administering comprehensive total rewards programs to attract and retain talent. Prior to this, Karen was Senior Director of HR Business Analytics and later Senior Director of Shared Services at HP Hood LLC, where leadership of cross-functional teams and the HR Shared Services function contributed to effective labor management strategies and HR analytics capabilities. Earlier experience includes a role as Director of Accounting at Crowley Foods, overseeing financial reporting and budgeting, and as Director of Financial Reporting at Crowley Foods, where innovative analysis improved the effectiveness of trade expenditures. Educational qualifications consist of a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Binghamton University and completion of the Leadership Development Program at the Center for Creative Leadership.
