Kristina Berck

Kristina Berck currently serves as a Member of the Board of Advisors for Chenango SPCA and holds the position of Senior Vice President, Chief Compliance Officer at NBT Bank since January 2023. With extensive experience in risk and compliance, Kristina previously worked as Vice President of Risk and Compliance at Mr. Cooper from August 2015 to January 2023, and as AVP of Retail and Consumer Compliance at Bank of America from October 2011 to August 2015. Earlier roles included Operations Consultant at Bank of America, Bankruptcy and Legal Officer at AXIS Capital, Inc., and Paralegal Specialist at the United States Small Business Administration. Kristina's educational background includes a Master of Laws degree in International Business, Trade, and Tax Law from The University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, a Juris Doctor from St. Mary's University School of Law, and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Texas Woman's University. Kristina is also a Certified Mortgage Compliance Professional - Level I.
