Len Chinski

Len Chinski is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in internal audit and compliance within the banking and securities industries. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Audit Officer at NBT Bank since February 2014, Len leads the Internal Audit and Loan Review division. Prior to this role, Len held the position of Vice President in Fixed Income Capital Markets Compliance at Janney Montgomery Scott and spent over 15 years at M&T Securities, Inc., where responsibilities included directing Fixed Income Capital Markets Compliance and serving as Assistant General Auditor. Len Chinski holds a B.S. in Accounting from Canisius University, completed in 1997.
