Megan Shields has extensive experience in the banking and trust services sector, having worked at NBT Bank since March 2013, where current roles include Client Service Trust Administrator Team Leader, Trust Officer II, Trust Officer, Trust and Investment Administrator, Customer Service Representative, and Administrative Assistant. Prior to NBT Bank, Megan spent over a decade at Alliance Bank N.A. in various positions including Administrative Assistant for Alliance Investment Management, Trust Operations Clerk, and Bank Teller. Megan's educational background includes multiple certifications from the Cannon Trust School between 2017 and 2020, along with a Bachelor of Science in Business, Management, and Economics and an Associate of Science in Business Administration and Management from SUNY Empire State College.
