Richard Larusch

Richard LaRusch is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in workforce management and strategic HR roles. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Director of Workforce Management at NBT Bank since November 2012, Richard has held multiple leadership positions within the organization, including Vice President for both Workforce Management and Human Resources Business Partner. Prior to NBT Bank, Richard worked at Superior Technical Resources, Inc., where roles included Technical Staffing Supervisor and Operations Manager, and at Durham Staffing as a Staffing Coordinator. Richard's educational background includes studies at SUNY Geneseo, Hutchinson Central Technical High School, and the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin - Madison.
