Danielle DuFour has extensive experience in operations management and customer service within the insurance and financial sectors. Currently serving as Operations Manager at NBT Insurance Agency, LLC since September 2011, Danielle oversees the Agency Automation Department, focusing on policy reviews, billing, and commissions management while utilizing the Epic Management System. As Co-Owner of Dan-Dee Creations since April 2012, Danielle partners with a family member to sell handcrafted scarves and accessories. Previous roles include Tax Preparer at H&R Block and Computer Operator II at First National Community Bank, alongside experience as a Match and Attach Associate with Spherion. Danielle holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Marywood University, earned in 2006.
