Terri Haas-Kendall ACSR has a strong background in customer service, sales, and management roles within the insurance industry. With experience at companies such as NBT Insurance Agency, Grimsley Agency, and ENV Property & Casualty, Terri has developed a solid foundation in account management and personal lines. Prior to their insurance career, Terri held a managerial position at Fleet North Star/ Syracuse Savings Bank, where Terri oversaw the ACH/EFT department.
