Dennis Conner

Dennis Conner is an experienced church leader and strategist currently serving as Great Commission Catalyst and Strategy Coordinator for the Strategic Focus Team at the Baptist State Convention of North Carolina since January 2020. Prior to this role, Dennis held positions including Church Planter/Pastor at Advent Church for South Loop, Church Planting Director for the Northeast region at the Illinois Baptist State Association, and Church Planting Catalyst with the North American Mission Board. Dennis has a strong educational background with a Doctor of Education (EdD) candidate status in Discipleship and Mentoring from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary, a Master of Divinity (MDiv) in Biblical Languages from the same institution, a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Religion/Religious Studies from Chowan University, and an Associate of Arts (AA) in Liberal Arts from Davidson County Community College.
