Nicole Stafford is currently working as a Local Government Fellow in the Innovation Lab at the City of Durham. Nicole is also a Policy Analysis Graduate Intern at the NC Budget & Tax Center and a Student Board Member at SwingPals. Nicole is pursuing a Master's degree in Public Policy at Duke University Sanford School of Public Policy, where Nicole also works as a PolicyLab Graduate Assistant. Prior to their current roles, Nicole worked as a Strategy Manager at Accenture and held various fellowship and volunteer positions in the non-profit sector. Nicole holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Minnesota.
