Kelvin Stallings currently serves as the Director of Community Engagement at NC Child, a position held since August 2023. Previously, Kelvin held the role of Policy and Advocacy Manager at the Children's Home Society of North Carolina from March to August 2023, where responsibilities included developing strategic policy initiatives and monitoring legislative activities. Between January 2021 and March 2023, Kelvin worked as a Legislative Assistant for the North Carolina General Assembly, conducting legislative research and managing constituent inquiries. Prior experience also includes a Research Assistant position at Wayne Community College focused on institutional effectiveness and a Graduate Research Assistant role at East Carolina University. Kelvin holds a Master of Public Administration from East Carolina University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Elizabeth City State University.
