Bryle Henderson Hatch

Bryle Henderson Hatch, Ph.D., currently serves as Senior Deputy Director for the Division of Human Resources and Senior Director for the Office of Workforce Engagement at the NC Department of Health and Human Services since August 2022. Additionally, Hatch holds the position of Adjunct Professor at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University since January 2022. Previous roles include Executive Director for THRIVE | High Point, where strategic direction was provided for economic development initiatives focused on minority and women-owned businesses, and Vice President and Chief of Staff at West Virginia State University, where leadership was given to major administrative projects. Education credentials include a Ph.D. in Leadership, a Master’s Degree in Adult Education, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Speech from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University, along with post-baccalaureate studies in Public Communication from American University.
