Dr. Charles Iyon Mitchell

Dr. Charles Iyon Mitchell has a diverse range of work experience in various leadership and managerial roles. Dr. Charles Iyon is currently serving as the Director of Special Projects in the Public Health Division at the NC Department of Health and Human Services. In this role, they lead strategic partnership initiatives, negotiates and executes partnership agreements, and cultivates relationships with key stakeholders.

Prior to their current position, Dr. Mitchell worked as the Executive Director at Parent-Ease, where they conducted market research, developed strategic plans, and negotiated contracts to engage potential partners.
