James Garnett

James Garnett is an experienced network professional with a robust background in network analysis, engineering, and security. Currently serving as a Senior Network Analyst at the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services since October 2015, James provides network support and troubleshooting for WAN/LAN connectivity issues while ensuring network security across various departments. Previously, James held roles at Cisco Systems, Inc., Hewlett-Packard, Wachovia, and several other prominent companies, where responsibilities included managing complex network problems, coordinating infrastructure for bank mergers, and developing engineering solutions. James earned an MBA in Information Technology Project Management and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer and Information Sciences from Strayer University.
