KaShay Evans-Barlow is a professional with extensive experience in diverse roles. Currently serving as a Tech Prep Rising Innovator at Management Leadership for Tomorrow since March 2023, KaShay is participating in Tech Equity Collective's Tech Prep program aimed at assisting Black professionals in transitioning to technical careers. Prior experience includes positions as a Content Developer and Trainer at the NC Department of Health and Human Services, Membership Services Representative at WHOOP, and Administrative & Human Resources Manager at the U.S. Census Bureau. KaShay's earlier roles involved student transition and leadership functions at Old Dominion University, alongside a tenure at Apple. Academically, KaShay holds two Master's degrees in Higher Education Administration from Old Dominion University and two Bachelor's degrees in Specialized Education Services from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
