Mary Margaret Carver

Mary Margaret (Lea) Carver has extensive experience in the field of human services and information technology. Currently, Carver serves as an IT Business Systems Analyst II and Product Owner at the NC Department of Health and Human Services since March 2014, responsible for defining user stories and prioritizing backlogs for the Agile EPIC Legion Team. Previous experience includes working as a Human Services Program Consultant, administering policies for various programs including Food and Nutrition Services and Energy Assistance Programs. From March 2010 to February 2014, Carver worked as a Food and Nutrition Services Income Maintenance Caseworker II at Wilson County Department of Social Services. Carver holds a Bachelor's Degree of Science in Family and Community Services from East Carolina University.
