Melissa McKenzie

Melissa McKenzie is a licensed real estate broker at Horton Realty, LLC since September 2024 and previously worked as a licensed realtor at Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston from July 2023 to September 2024. With extensive experience as an Education & Training Specialist II at the NC Department of Health and Human Services since December 2015, Melissa coordinates and facilitates numerous training sessions while administering qualification tests with a notable 95% pass ratio. Prior to this, Melissa served as a Processing Assistant IV in Food & Lodging with Chatham County, leading successful food safety in-services and creating training materials. Melissa holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies in Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University and an Associate of Science degree from Central Carolina Community College.
