Emma Gardner Eatman

Emma Gardner Eatman is an experienced professional with a diverse background in legislative support, campaign management, and organizational operations. Currently serving as a Legislative Assistant to Representative Cynthia Ball at the North Carolina General Assembly since February 2021, Emma also holds the title of Legislative Documents Specialist. Previously, Emma has played key roles, including Executive Assistant at Reclaim Professional Organizing, LLC, and Campaign Manager for Eatman for Wendell. With a decade-long tenure at Hedrick Insurance Agency, Emma contributed as Operations Manager, Insurance Agent, and Administrative Assistant. Emma's leadership skills were further showcased in various roles at Passport Camps, including Director and Assistant Director. An alumna of East Carolina University, Emma earned a Bachelor's degree in Insurance in 2017.
