Heather Oberto

Heather Oberto is a seasoned recruiter with extensive experience in technical recruitment and business development. Currently, Heather serves as a recruiter for Harnish Group Inc., the Caterpillar Dealer in various regions including central and western Washington and Alaska, since January 2024. Previously, from 2018 to 2023, Heather worked as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Indeed.com until being impacted by company layoffs. Prior to that, Heather gained valuable expertise as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Rod Asher & Associates from 2006 to 2018, where recruitment efforts primarily supported clients in the San Francisco Bay Area. Heather holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Science from Washington State University and an Associate of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Highline College.
