Additionally, Fatmata has experience as a Recruiter at Chesterfield County Public Schools, successfully sourcing candidates and implementing recruitment strategies. Education includes a Master of Education in Counselor Education from Virginia State University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the same institution.
