Jeremy Fretts, AIA, NCARB has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of architecture. Currently, they serve as the Assistant Vice President of Experience+Education at the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB), a position they have held since March 2019. Prior to this, they worked as the Assistant Director of Experience+Education at the same organization from January to March 2019.

Before joining NCARB, Jeremy worked at Niles Bolton Associates as a Project Manager from July 2018 to January 2019. Prior to that, they held the role of Senior Project Architect at the same company from April 2007 to July 2018. In this role, they were responsible for the design, entitlement, and project management of large apartment, mixed-use, and student living communities across various states. Jeremy also had additional responsibilities such as 3D modeling and animation, video production, and interviewing and hiring intern architects.

Jeremy Fretts, AIA, NCARB has a diverse education history. Jeremy obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Environmental Design and a Bachelor of Architecture (B. Arch) degree from Ball State University, where they studied from 1992 to 1997. In 2012 and 2013, Jeremy pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Education and Human Development, specializing in Human Resources Development (Organizational Learning, Continuing Education, Training), at The George Washington University.

In terms of additional certifications, Jeremy Fretts is a Registered Architect in both the Commonwealth of Virginia and the State of Indiana. Jeremy acquired these certifications in 2009. Additionally, they are a member of the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB), which they joined in the same year.
