Maya Martin

Maya Martin is an accomplished visual designer currently employed by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB) since March 2022. Prior experience includes roles as a graphic designer and communications specialist at The Cloudburst Group from 2018 to 2022, and research intern at TropWATER in 2016. Additional roles encompass garden apprentice at Love & Carrots and sustainable farmer at Calleva Outdoors, along with earlier positions as head counselor and general employee at Tiskita Jungle Lodge, barista and cashier at Le Pain Quotidien, and summer intern at the National Gallery of Art. Maya holds a Master of Science in Environmental Earth Science from James Cook University and a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from Concordia University, complemented by a TEFL certification and outdoor education from NOLS.
