Saniya Zubair

Saniya Zubair is an experienced Agile Coach and Scrum Master currently working at the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB) since July 2023. With a substantial background at IBM from December 2013 to November 2022, Saniya has held multiple roles including Agile Coach & Senior Consultant, Workforce Management Professional, Agile Project Manager, PMO & Business Analyst, Senior Business Analyst, Project Management Officer, and Quality Assurance Tester. Key achievements include managing projects for clients such as Emirates Global Aluminum, Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank, First Gulf Bank, and Turkish Airlines, as well as leading transformation initiatives and enhancing customer experiences through design thinking workshops. Saniya holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the Lahore School of Economics.
