Mackenzie McCoy is a Wildlife Biologist II at NCASI, Inc. since April 2020, focusing on surveying and collecting demographic and habitat data on the red tree vole as part of a dedicated team. Prior experience includes serving as a WCGOP Observer with Alaskan Observers, Inc., where data was collected on bycatch and discard aboard commercial fishing vessels, and working as a Volunteer Research Assistant at Mana Island Scientific Reserve, aiding in gecko tracking studies.
