Justin Miller is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations and strategic management across various organizations. Currently serving as Chief Outsourcing Officer at NCB Management Services, Inc. since January 2024, Justin previously held leadership roles including Head of Operations at Frontline Asset Strategies and President at Vital Solutions - A Fusion Group Company. With a solid background in operational oversight, Justin has successfully transformed underperforming teams, managed significant profit and loss responsibilities, and directed integration efforts during acquisitions at organizations such as PRA Group. Justin holds an MBA in Organizational Behavior Studies and a BA in English Language and Literature from Georgia Southern University.
