Stephen O’Regan

Stephen O’Regan is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Finance Country Lead for the Philippines at NCC Group since November 2022, where responsibilities include leading finance activities and enhancing the global finance team in Manila. Previously, Stephen held multiple roles at Slater and Gordon Lawyers in the UK from August 2019 to November 2022, progressing to Commercial Finance Lead and Finance Business Partner. Prior experience includes significant positions at Barclays from October 2011 to August 2019, including Vice President roles in Planning and COO Finance. Early career stages involved positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Horwath Bastow Charleton, focusing on financial reporting and auditing. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from University College Cork and is a Fellow Chartered Accountant with Chartered Accountants Ireland.
