Amit Kumar Yadav

Amit Kumar Yadav currently serves as the Head of Internal Audit at NCC Holding since January 2024. Previously, Amit held the position of Assistant Vice President - Risk at Aegon Life from August 2022 to January 2024, where responsibilities included overseeing operational risk incident management and maintaining operational loss databases. Amit has extensive experience in internal audit and risk management, with previous roles as Senior Manager Audit at DAMAC Properties, Group Internal Auditor at NCC Group ME, and Assistant Manager - Process & Internal Control at The Coca-Cola Company. Amit began career in internal audit at Aditya Birla Group. Academic qualifications include a Certified Accounting Technician degree from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, a Master’s degree in Finance & Accounting, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business/Commerce from the University of Lucknow.
