Fredrik Lagerström

Fredrik Lagerström, PMP, has extensive experience in project management across various companies. They served as Project Manager at Ericsson AB from 1997 to 2006 and later held roles as Senior Project Manager at BT Nordics and Com Hem AB from 2008 to 2014. At NCC, they worked as PMO Service & Portfolio Manager and Head of PMO from 2015 to 2020, demonstrating a strong focus on quality assurance and project oversight. Prior to that, Fredrik was a Senior Consultant at IDS Scheer Sverige AB from 2006 to 2008.
