Lavinius Arva has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Lavinius started their career in 2001 as an Assembly Worker at Invacare and worked there until 2004. Lavinius then served in the Swedish Army as a Corporal from 2004 to 2005. Lavinius then worked as a Customer Service Representative for Tele 2 AB at Transcom from 2005 to 2006. In 2006, they briefly worked as a Waiter at Lekter'n. From 2007 to 2012, Lavinius worked as a Seller/Distributor at Pågen AB. In 2011, they completed their Master's thesis at SWECO. In 2012, Lavinius joined NCC as a Development Engineer and progressed to roles such as Technical Specialist and Lead VDC Developer, where they worked until the present. Additionally, they served as the Chairman of Helsingborgs Klätterklub from 2012 to 2013.

Lavinius Arva holds a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Civil Engineering in Production from The Faculty of Engineering at Lund University, which they completed from 2009 to 2012. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Civil Engineering in Construction Technology and Architecture from the same university from 2006 to 2009. Lavinius also completed a Technical Preparatory Year in Pre-University Course in Technical Science at The Faculty of Engineering at Lund University from 2005 to 2006. Their education journey began at Haganässkolan, Älmhult, where they earned their High School Diploma with a focus on Computer and Electronics from 2001 to 2004.
